Exclamation NO air coming out of my ventilation system

i need some assistance. i tried searching through threads and cant find detailed assistance. my ventilation system is not blowing out any air wether cold or hot but when i turn it on, i hear it opening the vents but no air. i opened my dashboard to see if the plugs may have been lose and nothing. i've also tried messing with the a/c clutch and a/c relay fuse under the hood.

I had the exact same thing happen. Searched for an answer and found it here. I have an 05 Wrangle X. On the side of the intake manifold (drivers side) the vacuum line had come off. I slipped it back on and have had non issues since.

Read more: I have a 2005 jeep wrangler unlimited. Heat and AC will only blow out of the defrost vents near the windshield. I can adjust the temperatures as well as turn the air on an off. It will just not blow anything out of the regular vents. Thanks for any help! | Answerbag http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/312487#ixzz270fhm7c2

If you hear a hiss when adjusting the vents then your vacuum is most likely ok. Sounds like a blower issue. It could be your speed selector switch, relay, bad ground, or even a bad blower.

the sum up...

thanks to all for the words... it certainly gave me something before heading in. I spent almost two hours running along the a/c line and fasten anything id encounter as well as everything that had a senser, pipe, tube from above and below the jeep. even all the fuses. finally called it and said it cant be that so I went back to the dashboard and followed the lines to anything it connected to. not sure what or how I did it but ill try my best incase someone else experiences it and needs the info.
1.behind the glove compartment I disconnected the green connecter.
2.disconnected the white connector that has 4 different color hoses and heard air release
3.on the bottom on the dashboard I found another black connector with a red lock, removed it and figured out how to remove it. (after removing it I came to find out it was the blower motor)
4.its been about 4 hours now so I was calling it quits. decided to put it all back together but before doing so I cleaned everthing and blowed at it to remove dust or dirt (I saw the metal part of the blower was coblvered with dirt or rust, so I took my screw driver and scratched it intil I saw metal) but everything back together.

5.I said let me turn on the car and give it another shot for kicks and to my surprise.... IT SHOT OUT AIR!!

again. I dont know what I did but 4 hours tightening and moving everything must had played a part without me knowing.

btw I have to update the info. I have a TJ 2003 X
