Not the check engine light

Ok so my check enging light came on today so as soon as i got off of work I pulled the codes and got a P0138 (o2 sensor input voltage maintained above normal opperating range) and a P0301 (misfire detected in cyl #1). I'm not to worried about the misfire beacuse i have been told its a common code that pops up on some TJ's. something about a flaw in the factory programing. however the first code is new to me. what could cause that? how should i go about fixing it. enging runs smooth after warm up but some times when its coldif ildes real low 400 rpm and if i try to take off it stalls. but once it warms up its fine, (2 min warm up) Please HELP
