Question Np231j/np231c help

I am pulling out a 4.3 vortec out of a 98 Chevy blazer. It has a 700r4 trans and a np231c that I plan on pitting in my tj. From what I have learned is my np231j t-case out of my 98 tj with a 4cyl has a macnical speedo and the np231c has a sensor. I've read I just have to swap the in put shafts and put the SYE on and it will work with my jeep speedo when it's on the back off the 700r4 but the np231c has electronic 4x4 and my np231j has machnical 4x4so how do I turn the np231c in to a machnical 4x4.

If you get a pre 96 np231c they were machnical and then you swap shafs around and put a SYE in and every thing is hunky dory

I am putting this in currently. The s10 drive shaft shorted worked for me on rear. Used the C Tcase. I am using the jeep front drive shaft.
