Hey jeepers,

Check engine consistantly on for 2 days now, usually only one in a while , this is what autozone told me

P0486
Anyone know what these are? I looked into it a little bit, evap issues , possibly gas cap? Thanks in advance

0455 is an O2 sensor...0441 is an evaporation purge flow...and i think 0486 is a gas recirculation sensor

I have had the gas cap code a few times. If you cover the threads of the gas cap with Vaseline - clear the code- if it is the gas cap the code won't come back. If the code comes back it isn't the cap.
