make sure your trackbar isnt messed up. Have someone sit in the driver seet and shake the steering wheel back and forth and look for play in the trac bar joints and tie rod ends.

Your ball joints, wheel bearings, and other suspension components can be the cause of DW as well. make sure your tires are balanced. You steering stabalizer will not give you DW, but it will mask it.

Sounds dumb but check that everything up there is well lubed. I had DW with my 31's, went through all the same stuff as you, kept going back to discount tire for balance, rebalance, road force balance, etc. Nothing loose underneath. Then realized the lube points were being neglected as a part of the dealership $45 oil/lube visits. Lube'd it up and it made all the difference. Now just have a slight shimmy (cam bolts are next). Switched my 33's back on and the shimmy is now almost completely gone. Go figure. I always thought biggers tires would make it worse.

yeah I'm almost to that point again to put the thornies back on lol. When I talked to RE they said its because of the larger contact patch with the bigger tires. Just FYI if you want the cam bolts they are only 17 through dodge dealership, thats what I did..
