oil pan slow leak

The last few times I've had my oil changed on my 2006 LJ the mechanic has mentioned that I have a slow leak from my oil pan seal. I have around 125000 miles on the beast. My two questions are, 1) how serious of fix is this? Is it just a simple drain oil remove pan replace seal? 2) is this a precursor to a larger problem?

Also, the leak is not significant no oil on my driveway not loosing to much to need a top off between changes.

It's just dropping the pan and installing a new gasket. It's nothing serious. I assume the "mechanic" checked that all the bolts are tight. If it's not even leaving anything on the ground, don't worry about it.

Yeah, they made sure the bolts were tight. Thanks.

If it ain't making it to the ground overnight in your driveway I wouldn't worry about it.
