P0037 & p0141

So I recently had my exhaust system worked on and had a new mini CAT installed and the rear silencer replaced, etc. Immediately after starting the Jeep the MIL came on and my diagnostic tool provided the following error codes with accompanying descriptions.

P0037 - HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0141 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

This obviously has to do with the O2 sensor that is between the CAT and the silencer - I have an '03 so I have two O2 sensors, 1 just before the CAT and 1 just after before the silencer. My question is this. Does this error indicate a problem with the CAT or the O2 sensor? From the descriptions I am leaning towards the O2 sensor but I don't know exactly how the error codes work regarding the CAT and exhasut system.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Both of these codes indicate a sensor/wiring problem for the rear sensor. Check for broken wires or poor connections
Great, that is basically what I was wanting to know. My export model has a relay for the rear O2 sensor so I removed and reinstalled it, cleared the codes and will see if it comes on tomorrow.
