Unhappy P0456 with idle issues and starting issues

I have the P0456 code coming up and have replaced the gas cap. I have an intermittent idle issue. At rest, my jeep idles up and down and will die out. I also been having issues starting my jeep. It will roll over the engine a few times and then sounds like the starter is spinning without turning the engine. The jeep runs fine at high speeds. Don't know where to turn. Any help?

could be a bad starter if it catches then spins freely.
idle problem start cleaning the idle air control valve first.

Question Now any ideas

Replaced the started and that helped but now after cleaning the idle air control valve I get three codes P0135, P0155, and P0161 which all state O2 sensor heater failure. Jeep is still not ideling well.
