P0700

I have a 2005 Wrangler unlimited, getting the P0700 code, and also intermittent slipping in the tranny, engine light also comes on. Everthing seems OK then all of a sudden I will feel a "slip" the tach readings seem to get weird, very low or higher than normal. Any help would be great
