P1600 Crankshaft misalignment/timing belt

Any ideas of where i should start or what I should do? I'm not a mechanic

I'm showing P1600 = ECM BATT Malfunction.

Yeah.. it's supposed to be P0016... sorry about that.
Hopefully this will give you an idea of what I know about engines :P
