Pesky Engine Light-Won't Smog...Grrrr

Hey Everyone!

I have an '04 Jeep Wrangler, 6 cylinder, and it has 4 O2 Sensors on her. The engine light has turned off once these sensors are repaired, but kicks back on again. I performed the engine diagnostic test on it, and the code reads back,

P0138 (This is the code) O2 SENSOR 1/2 CIRCUIT HIGH (And this is the diagnostic I found in research)

Does anyone know where I can troubleshoot this? I can't figure out which sensor is acting up

I appreciate the help guys! Thank you!
