Any opinions on which tail light style for my TJ you guys think I should get is helpful! (top picture is stock) Also the middle style I guess I could rotate the ovals to be vertical or horizontal it doesn't have to be in a diagonal position.

Unless you pay $180 for lite dots, you won't have many choices for tail lights. (I mean, the two you recommended other than stock both require you cut holes for them.) The cheapest option for flush-mount tail lights is sinking the stock lights into the body so only the lens and outer housing lip stick out last the metal. You can do that for the cost of a few screws, assuming you have a jigsaw and a drill.

If you won't consider cutting the body, stick with stock. They look good!

I had sine cheap surface mount round ones on my '99. Brighter than stick by a lot, $12 each at the truck supply house, no reverse light, Chinese junk, but they did the job. Good luck.

stick stock, unless your getting rid of the spare tire. Otherwise whats the point? flush taillights so the tire or bumper can stick out? seems silly to me. If your looking for a change, just rock the the Stock style but with LEDs. But than again you asked for my thoughts so

One hot, one neutral, put the ground to the chassis. You'll cut two wires on the old lights. I just ran the ground to the tub right under the recessed groove on the back of those lights. Those are the same ones I had. Tons of them at the local truck supply, no need to order them online unless you want to.

Edit: There was a wire for the backup light too, but I just capped it off and tucked it since I didn't wire up back up lights too.

Bought the EP27 today and the hyper turn signal is gone but now the emergency flashers don't work anymore......Can someone confirm that this is true that if you break off the centre pin on the EP27 then the emerg flashers will work again.

Thanks for all the quick replies  LOL.....

Just went out and removed the center pin on the EP27 flasher. All works great....turn signals, hazards and even hooked up to confirm trailer lights working too. Only difference is the hazards only work with the ignition turned on.
