Play in Driveshafts

We changed out the axles on a '98 TJ and put a 5.5" long arm kit in along with a CV driveshaft in the rear. When we let off the clutch and start going forward, there's a clacking sound and we think thats coming from the T case. Its most noticable in 4wd but u can hear it in 2wd too. Does anyone know how much slack the Driveshafts should have in the front and rear ends?

I have been seeing this problem alot here lately.(Clicking/thumping noise under jeep around the floorboard area)I had this problem also a while back and mine turned out to be a combination of my tranny mount being busted and also the 4WD shifter linkage rod being out of the pilot hole.I would check the mount first unless you have put in a t-case drop lately but you can look at the linkage while your under there.
