The conversion to power steering is real easy. Its all bolt-on. You'll need a power steering pump, power steering fluid resevior, pressure and return hoses, a new fan belt, brackets, power steering gear box and a pitman arm. Oh, dont forget the fluid. I did this on my 93 YJ. Manual to power steering with basic mechanics tool set. The only tools I had to get was a tie rod seperator(pickle fork) and a pitman arm puller. Took less the a day in my driveway. As far as getting the parts and pieces. Check this forum, salvage or wrecking yards, ebay, craiglist or other cassifieds. In some of these you can get lucky and get everything in one shot. Salvage or wrecking yards are a very good place to go, because if you pull it yourself you can see how it came a part and keep all the little nuts and bolts you're going to need. If it's not a "pull it yourself" yard, you can let them know you need all the mounting bolts. It's a fun project, really, and I'm very happy I did. Good luck.
