Exclamation Power steering Pump/pulley issue

Hey Jeep enthusiasts, iv been a long time viewer and have been meaning to join a jeep forum for a while. Just picked myself up a old 1999 jeep wrangler Sahara a few months ago and have been loving it ever since. Im having an issue with either the pulley for the power steering, or the pump itself and i was wondering if you guys can help me diagnose it. It started with a wine, almost like electric engine wine coming from the pulley. Quiet when in idle but louder when accelerating, and then i tried to ignore it and now the pully is also doing a chirping noise. I am going to link to a youtube to see if any of you have had this issue, and uplaoded some pictures of the location. Any advice would be great!

Have you checked the power steering fluid? If it's full, the steering pump is toast.
