I was about to flush the power steering system and when I pulled off the return hose to the reservoir, the plastic connected that comes from the reservoir, broke off in the line.

Can I buy a reservoir or do I need to go out any buy a new PS pump with reservoir?

I was so close to having the new steering box finished too.

You can buy a new PS reservoir. New ones are not expensive but they charge extra for LSU fans.

I was not aware the PS reservoir was available separately or replaceable for 4.0L PS pumps. I seem to recall it not being repairable but I could be wrong.

I just found a reservoir on PSC motorsports so I guess it's somehow replaceable. but how the hell would you detach the thing?

Does anyone have any idea if I can take the PS reservoir from a Cherokee/ grand Cherokee? What years?

Found one off of a Cherokee. I think it was a 94. Just for future reference.
