Question Pulling auto transmission

Has anyone here ever pulled a 30rh (auto) trans from a TJ? I have a couple of seals to replace and looking for a few pointers. This is not my daily driver so I'll take my time and it can be torn down for a bit if-needed. I've got a decent tool selection and garage.

If anyone has tips and/or a write-up, that would be awesome. I believe this trans is very similar to the 32rh trans that came on the 6-cylinders, so info on that may be close enough. Thanks all.

2001 2.5L TJ, HPD30/D44 with dual OX and 4.88, full armor, X20-8 winch, 35" STTs on 15x8 black Cragar Soft 8s, 1" BL, 1" Brown Dog MML, 4.5" suspension w/ fully adjustable control arms and tie rod upgrade, OBA, Novak Shifter, PS hood louver, Teraflex ESS SYE, UCF UHC tummy tuck, Adams Driveshaft
