Put a 05 tub on a 97 frame. What Problems?

Going to remove my 97 tub with a 4 cyl. and standard trans and replace it with a 05 tub that came off a jeep with a 4.0 engine and was automatic. What if any problems am I going to run into? Frame holes not line up/Heater core problems/etc.....any thoughts appreciated.
Also do I have to keep my 97 dash or can I leave the 05 dash in and just replace the computer/wiring harness?

I recently put an 03' tub on my 00' jeep wrangler. I know it might be a little different with your 97'-05' swap but I might be able to help out a little. Here's the link to my thread
