question about bump stops

hi do I need to use extended bump stops with a 2" pro comp spring lift? I was told its not necessary. if that is not true and I do need them can you recommend the ones I should use.

I'm no bump stop master but I know that they do come in quite handy, you wouldn't want to smash your axle against your frame now would you?

(yet again I don't know what I'm talking about but...) I think longer bump stops are used when your tire rubs your wheel well, adding longer ones will stop the tire just before rubbing
The YJ is in Rebuild Mode
