Question about factory half-doors.

I tried to search, but didn't come up with much, so I apologize if this has been asked a million times.

I have a Silver 2003 Wrangler Sport with factory full doors. I'm not a big fan of the full doors so I was wondering if I can use another year model's half doors in their place with little or no mods.

So far as the half-doors go, I don't think there are any big differences beween '97 and '06.

When you have a choice, buy American.

One of the easiest way to tell if they are all the same is to go to a body shop and have them look in the crash estimating guide for the doors and it tells them what years are the same. EX: when they look up the doors for your 2003 it will show 97-06 if they are the same if not it will list the part numbers for all the different years.

Easier yet would be to find a web site for a place that sells the doors, and see if they sell the same door for all TJs.

I checked a few and so far the doors are the same from 97-06 as Jerry said. They are high though!!!Jeep Upper Doors, Jeep Doors, Jeep Wrangler Doors, Jeep Half Doors
I like for it to shine even thought it is muddy most of the time!

Jeez! Those are high.

I think I found a member that might be interested in trading. I would much rather trade than buy another set out-right.
