Question about replacement window

I need to know if I need to replace my whole soft top or if I can get away with just replacing the window. When the rear window is off are the zipper heads attached to the window or are they attached to the soft top. I ask this because one off the ziper heads was corroded and broke off the other day. I have a 2005 Wrangler. Anyhelp would be appreciated. Thanks.

Should not be a big deal.. I would think any upholstery/trim shop should be able to either sow in a a new zipper run or just add the zippy part for ya. for way less than a new top.
