Quick harmonic balancer question

So I had the normal 2.5 tick caused by the timing chain tensioner coming apart in the timing chain cover. But while trying to remove the harmonic balancer a buddy hooked the puller to the outside of it causing it to bend. We tried to get it back into shape but after installing everything and firing it back up, it has a slight wobble to it and it is making some noise. If I get a new harmonic balancer, do you think it will take care of the noise? Need to get this thing finished, Thanks.

It's a start. You know the balancer is damaged and wobbling.
And as a side note, you can rent the proper tool from places like Advance. You pay up front, and when you return the tool, you get your money back, so it doesn't cost you a penny, let alone a damaged part.
