Radiator and Electric Fan Write-up

Does anyone know if there is a write up of anyone who swapped out a radiator and pulled the clutch fan and installed electric fan? I would like the details of what and from where the parts are ordered from. I would like the specifics, tired of researching everything.

Thanks in advance.

Today I put in the Flex-a-lite 475 fan (ordered from summit.com for $237) to replace my oem clutch fan. In total it took about an hour, and was pretty simple even for me, and all I usually do is typical maintenance. The flex-a-lite 475 is a direct bolt-on replacement and came with everything needed, so I decided to go that more expensive route vs buying a taurus fan from a junk yard.

The 2.5 is has a bit more pep, but not a huge difference, fyi.

I left the mechanical fan in place, and installed an electric pusher in front of the condenser. You need to remove the "V" brace in the front and run a buffing wheel on a grinder, to clearance the inside of the grill to accomodate the fan motor. I got a 16 in Zirgo straight blade fan to fit with some trial and error. I wired it to a Hayden adj thermostat with a probe that slips into the radiator near the upper hose. You can just dial the temp in with a small screwdriver afterwards. It only cycles when Im crawling real slow. The thermostat ran about $40 from O'Reillys auto.
