Radiator steaming sound

After a drive in the jeep the radiator sounds as if it has lots of steam in it. Would that mean just low of coolant? I do think it has a small pin hole leak as i smell the coolant after a long drive but only when i stop.

What price am i looking at to replace the radiator myself?

Basic hand tools a BIG bucket a new radiator and if your handy it shouldn't take more than an hour or so. Others should fill in any details I forgot. The jobs pretty straight forward. Price about 150 ish maybe a bit more
