rattle

This past week I have manage to catch a rattle under the jeep. Sounds like it might be coming from either the bell housing or oil pan put it in gear and give just a little gas and rattle either quiets down or goes away any ideas what it could be

Could be the catalytic converter. Bang on it with a mallet and see if it rattles inside. When they go bad, their ceramic elements can break up inside and start rattling. My '97 TJ's failed catalytic converter rattled especially badly at idle rpms.

I would check your exhaust to ensure it's not hitting anywhere during idle.

If those two "metal containers" are next to the engine and just below the exhaust header, those are "pre-cats" which are two small catalytic converters that are above the main cat. They can and do break up internally though mine didn't rattle when I had one break up last year.
