Rattle noise coming from underneath near transfer case?

I have a weird rattle noise coming from underneath while accelerating from 2nd to 3rd about 20 to 35mph on a cold start. If I put my shifter in neutral around that speed it still rattles? When I come to a stop there is no rattle and when the jeep warms up it stops? I checked my t case fluids and they were just fine. Looked at my u joints and they were good as well. Anyone else have a annoying rattle like this? It sounds like a bum shaking a coffee can with some change in it. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!!

I had the same thing but at 35 a 40 mph. I took my transmission skid plate spacers off and I haven't heard it since.

Could be your heat shield or cat.

I had a rattle too, turns out a transmission line popped off the clip that holds the line in place so the metal part of the line where it clips on was touching the frame creating a rattle noise.

I would check to see if you ran over a Bum with a Coffee can of Change. He may be stuck under there.

I just found that my down pipe clamp to the manifold is rusted up and barely hanging on. It can wiggle around and make a rattle noise but how does that make any sense that it only rattles from 20-40mph? After the jeeps warm it stops rattling is this because the heat expands the metal and makes its softer compared to when it's cold it contracts it and makes it technically a harder material? Any input is appreciated and I check for a bum lol nothing under there!
