rattling noise 05 tj

Hello, I'm very new to the jeep community have owned my jeep for about a month now. I have an 05 with a six speed and a 4.0 when my jeep is in natural there is a rattling coming from my tranny when I push the clutch in the noise goes away. Id appreciate any advice and knowledge thank you

Common problem with NSG370 transmission. Search "NSG370 rattle" for solutions and discussions of mixed results.

May also be a clutch release (throw out) bearing, but more than likely the transmission. It's not typically harmful, just a little annoying..
