Rear brake light wiring..

I looked in my shop manual not long ago and I found the diagram of the rear 3rd brake light assembly.. I opened the tailgate and I guess the previous owner took the bracket/wiring out of the tailgate... It's not there.

Where can I get replacement? And how should wire my wiring so the 3rd brake light will sit on top of my Smittybuilt swing away...?
Thanks

it would prolly be easiest to tap off the brake light. run the wires to the center of the rim and silicone a mini round LED in place. or tap off the contacts in the tailgate.
