I thought the same thing. I guess I keep thinking about people as people. Silly me. I have to be constantly reminded that legislators now seem to consider people to be just another type of property.

back on topic, in kansas you are allowed to ride in truck beds as long as you are not on a highway, state or US.


rear seat belts are not a law yet, but you cannot drive in the left lane of a highway for extended amounts of time now,

Coulda sworn in Texas you can ride in the bed as long as you are sitting down and not on the top or on the wheel wells.
