Rear RE Track Bar

Hello.

I just bought a used RE track bar like this:

At the moment I have a OME TB Bracket for 2-3" lift. Do I still need this bracket with the new track bar?

I also got a RE TB bracket, that looks different than my OME bracket:

Do I need to install it instead of the OME bracket? I donīt want to drill new holes for that.
I have about 5.5-6" of lift and a CV driveshaft.

Thnaks.

Since your axle has been rolled to raise the pinion angle for your CV driveshaft, I would install the angled bracket to make the trackbar mount on the axle vertical again.

I know wkhat you mean. Last weekend I swapped a rear axle in a friends TJ. He had teh stock TB and a standard TB bracket. We needed +1 hour to get the TB back in the bracket.

But I thought I dont need the RE bracket beacuse of the ball joint on the RE TB at the frame.

My OME bracket has a different bolt pattern than the RE bracket. I donīt want to make the TB mount at the axle too weak because of too much drilled holes.
