Rear Shock Relocation Brackets ?

Hello.

Today i saw that the rear lower spring mount rubs at the rear lower shock.
Do I need these rear shock relocation brackets? Or is it enough to cut the lower spring mount a bit?

Thanks!

Either or - I got the shock shifters and they are working fine. But there is plenty of spring pad left to trim some away.

Grind some of the spring pad away or use shocks that don't have that extra plastic around the strut. Shock relocator brackets are seldom a good thing as they increase the leverage against where the OE bracket is welded to the axle tube.

my shocks are only 3-4 months young. new shocks arenŽt an option.

then iŽll trim the rear spring pads.

Just cut'em Nicolas. I've cut away about an inch of mine before the stretch to make sure everything cleared.
