Rear sway bar

I have had an annoying clunk in the rearend since I got it in August. Right now I have my rear seat and trunk out and the clunk is very loud. I grabbed the rear tow hook and wiggled my Jeep and I could hear the clunk but could not figure out where it was coming from. I had my son wiggle the Jeep while I was under it and found that the rear sway bar is loose on the upper (driver's side) mounting point. The nut and bolt are tight but it seems that the bushing (if there is supposed to be one) is worn out or gone. Is there a bushing in the swaybar where the bolts go through? If so, what kind is it? rubber, plastic or ?
Luckily I still have warranty. It goes in on Monday.

I am not very happy with my dealer. I bought the Jeep in August with 26,000 miles on it and they did all the inspections, but I already had the steering dampener replaced, they told me that I should have the tires balanced and now the rear sway bar. Anyone else had these problems with this few miles?

Its a rubber bushing. Never had that problem but thats because I took my rear sway bar off. Get them to fix that up for you, cheap part but that sounds pretty annoying.

Without a Jeep for now...
