rear swaybar- 1st jeep

I have been getting a rattle in my pass rear end and checked my rear swaybar. The bolt and nut aren't tight. Rusted! How easy is it to change bushings? Can I replace the Torx and mm setup with just a regular old bolt and nut?

yes on reg bolts etc, just make sure its tight.
