Rear trac bar

I replaced my bushings in my rear track bar on both sides about 2 months ago. It was ratteling like crazy. So I used a drill to cut up the bushings and removed those. Then I removed the metal sleeve that was around the bushings. Now I put in new 2 piece polyurethane bushings. All was great up till this week. My track bar seems lose again but I can't tighten it up any tighter. Any thoughts?
Thks

Do you have a lift kit or CV style rear driveshaft? Got a pic of the bushings?

Yes it has a 3 in body lift. I bought it that way. I will eventually take that off and do a better lift. But for now it's gotta do. Idk what kind of drive daffy it has. I think everything underneath is all stock.

If you remove the bolts that hold the two ends of the track bar, are the holes oval shaped or still circular? They can get wallowed out if allowed to shake and no amount of tightening will stop them. Make sure both mounts look good and that there are no cracked welds.

I will check the welds. The ends are still circular and the bushings fit pretty snug. Mayb I'd be better of going with a new track bar?
