Rebuild 140k mile transfer case?

So my trans & my 231 t/c has to come out.While its out should I dissasemble the t/c & maybe freshen it up? Is there anything that would be smart to replace?

would probably be a good idea since it will be out. install an SYE if not already done, install a new chain, and maybe do the Tera 2-Low conversion.

tighter turning radius ... takes load off of front axle u joints when turning,, and others
