Rebuilding an engine

Hi all. I've had a 2000 TJ sport that I love for two years now. I've had a new clutch put in, new shocks, a new exhaust, new tires, and even had the transmission rebuilt. The thing is, it has 205,000 Km (130,000 miles) on it.

How much should I worry about the engine, assuming average wear? How viable would it be to one day have the engine rebuilt? I'd hate to let this thing die after all the work and money I've sunk into it...

If you treat them nice they'll go over 200,000 miles easy. These 4.0 engines are famous for their long life and durability, i wouldnt worry about it. And rebuilding an engine most of the time costs more than just getting a low mileage used one.
