Removing seats help!

Ive got a 2002 wrangler and im going to be herculining the inside so im trying to start prep and take out the seats. It looks really simple and i must be missing some easy trick because i am getting my a$$ kicked by a few little bolts Ive already broke one on the rear seat and i cant even get to the nut on the bottom side for the front seats! Is there a special way to do this i am missing?

Im getting really mad so any help would be great thanks

They are held in by locktite so they're tight, I would use a half-inch drive ratchet wrench or a breaker bar. I've had mine out 3-4 times on 2 different Jeeps so they are difficult but not impossible.

No, there is no nut underneath any of the bolts.
