mine are held in by allen keys threw the back side of the grill but those look like their either just snap in's or 3m taped

Yeah there are screwed in, how did you manage to get them all out i just have big hands to get them back there.

All else fails i have a screw driver and a hammer! lol

idk how yours are screwed in. try getting to where the screw is and turn it lol. and if that doesnt work. hammer em VERY EASILY

lol i just couldnt get my hand back there. i fixed it... pliers and pull REALLY REALLY hard!
