Replacing bushings

I am noticing the the bushings on my tie rod ends are not holding grease very well. They look to be in ok shape but I am not sure what is going on. Can I just replace the bushing and if so what are the best type. Thanks.

I know of these. Link is an example. I didn't size them. Quadratec sells them too. The seller on amazon wants 11 bucks shipping for 8 dollar part. Look for these things on quadratec.

If you're going to take the tie rod end off I would just replace it with a new one. You can get a Moog tie rod end from Rock Auto for less than $25

Or you could take the chance to upgrade to Currie Tierod and DragLink.
