Roll cage question

HAs anyone built their own roll cage? If so did you build off of the stock one or did you start from scratch? Can you post some pics?

mine was built from scratch. My 2004 factory one had splits and cracks and it hadn't even been in a flop or rollover. The splits were on the horizontal bar that connects the two b pillars. There is a seam right in the middle that joins the two halves together and it was splitting/cracking.

*that genright cage is very nice!

Here is a link to my cage that was built by HunterOffroad.com

They give you plates that bolt to factory spots you cut one small hole on each side of the dash, made to fit stock top hard or soft top.You almost spend 3/4 of that on tubing.
