Rough Country 2.5" or 3.25" lift?!?!? Really need help identifying.

I wanted to know if anyone can help me identify the lift that I currently have. I really need to buy new shocks. My ride is super wabbly and when I hit the brakes the front dips like 4" and when I take off the front pulls up. I've had the jeep for almost 3 years. When I bought it the RC suspension looked new and it had 31" tires. Since then..... I've put a safari rack, 33's, and a hitch for the basket I haven't towed with it. But since the rack I've gone from Chicago to Canada through Michigan, Chicago to Hayward Wisconsin and to the apostle islands, at those trips the jeep was loaded with 500lbs on the rack and 150lbs on the basket. The u joint on the rear shaft went bad and when I replaced it it actually lifted the back of the jeep an 1". So.... At the front bumper... From the ground to bottom of the front bumper in the center I have 20 3/4"..... From the center of the tire to the bottom of the stock flares I have about 22" front and rear. Any help would be awesome. When I'm on the trail disconnected the Tires rub enough on the flares to bring them out about an 1". Attachment 638050I'm trying to see if I can stay with RC since I do like the firm ride on the road. I rather replace the lift every 3 years than to pay $2000 for just one. It basically buying more time.

The rear track bar does not have the trackbar bracket. It still has the factory plastic cover and small bar....
