What do you guys think of rough country's 4 inch lift kit here is the link

Rough Country 4 in. Wrangler Lift Kit 907S (03-06 Wrangler TJ) - Free Shipping

my tj just has a 3 inch body lift that I want to get rid of, its on 33's and I want a 4 inch lift that is good and no body lift, would this be a good kit to get? I know I got recommended zones 4.25 combo lift and that it lifts your motor instead of dropping the tcase I know I know but I really want to have no kind of body lift whatsoever and just have a good solid coil lift kit, I ran across this for $500 bucks and I saw good reviews of it but I would like you opinion on it, thanks

I suggest you take a look at the Zone 4.25" combo lift. It will do several things for you that will be a lot better than any 4" suspension lift. It includes a 3" suspension lift, a 1" motor mount lift, and a 1" body lift. That way you still get up there with plenty of room to run 33's, but because it is only a 3" suspension lift, you don't need an sye or double cardan drive shaft. With the 1" motor mount lift takes care of drive line angles so you don't need a transfer case drop either. Lastly, since you want to get rid of your 3" bl, the kit gives you all new body bolts and spacers for the 1.25" bl, so no need to buy extra stuff there. The one thing I would recommend adding to that kit is a good adjustable front track bar (either Currie, Metalcloak, or JKS) like this Metalcloak.

By the way, those fixed lower control arms that come with inexpensive lifts are known for tearing control arm mounts off Jeeps. The stock arms are retained on the 3" suspension lift and are far superior.

Here's my son's Jeep with the Zone Combo lift and 33's

You cannot do a 4 inch suspension lift for only $500. Regardless if you install the RC 4 inch lift or some other 4 inch lift you will need a CV drive shaft, (and a SYE unless Rubicon) and a front adjustable track bar and probably a rear adjustable track bar as well and adjustable control arms at all eight positions.

Having removed similar RC arms from my Jeep, there is no way in Hades I would install those arms or that kit on my Jeep.

I picked up a used 4" RC from a buddy for $300. Then I realized that I needed adjustable track bar for the front, then I realized that I need a SYE and Rear Driveshaft, then I realized that I need adjustable upper rear control arms and adjustable rear trackbar... talk about a freaking snowball effect!!!!

You need a new rear driveshaft to go with the sye. And adjustable upper rear arms and either a CV rear trackbar bracket or adjustable rear trackbar.

Wait until you can afford a 4" lift with adjustable control arms. 4in X-series Suspension Lift Kit for 97-06 Jeep TJ Wrangler | Rough Country Suspension Systems

This kit has been great for me, people always say bad things about RC lifts but it hasn't done me wrong over thousands of miles of extremely rough wheeling. Yes, their shocks suck, but that's the only issue I've had with mine, and the customer service is so good they compensated me for my minor issues.
I will second the comment about their customer service. I contacted the RC rep on this forum for some parts I was missing from my USED kit and he shipped them to me FREE! I was shocked.

I have running the new sytle RC adjustable arms for about 2 years and I am very happy with them, but I would not run the arms in that kit. The adj arms are different then those. I would not go with a 4 inch suspension lift of any brand.

I would look into a 2 inch susp lift and a body lift. Then look into a winch, up grading the rear axle if you have the dana 35. Then gears, locker.

I would keep the drive line and control arms stock until you do a bellyup.
