Rough running & horn sticking

Help-Jeep check engine light on, hron sticks when wheel is turned and engine runs rough. This happened overnight, when you turn the wheel the horn sometimes goes off, it does not stop when you turn off the jeep, the only way to stop it is turn the wheel back and forth. The jeep has started to start hard, heve to give it gas and keep cranking it will start. It sometimes stalls at idle and hesitates bad during different points of accelleration. Some times it runs fine, any suggestions??? I checked the computer codes and it showed the TPS voltage code.
