Rubicon cruise

I have a 05 RUBICON Unlimited. It appears to be "prewired" for cruise control. Question is if I need to actually buy a whole cruise control kit or can I just buy a few pieces (considering it is prewired), like the switches that go on the steering wheel, servo,???

itīs only prewired for cruise control?
alle rubicons here in europe and all saharas (from 2003) came with cruise control.

IMO if there are the switches on the stering wheel there must be a cruise control.

Didnt buy it new.... Car Fax said it had never had anything...... even if they did replace steering wheel.... there should be servo, etc. under the hood?!?!

Anyone else know anything about this? I thought it was common to "prewire" a vehicle ?
