Scraping sound while turning. Any thoughts?

So my 2002 TJ makes a pretty bad scraping sound when i turn the wheels all the way to the right.(passenger side) i know it had a minor wreck with previous owner but he couldnt figure out what it was. It has new shock absorbers and brakes. Its not really an issue because other than this the jeep rides awesome. Its more of an annoyance. Any thoughts would help prepare to hear a diagnosis when i take it for a check up. Dont wanna get BSed. Thanks in advance everyone.

Turn your wheels to full lock and crawl under and take a look, it sounds like you may just have a little tire rub. What size tires are you running?

Here is a link on how to adjust your steering stops if this is the case.

Thanks! I'm not too sure on size but the sound is more like metal. Not tire. I will check and update. Thanks for input.
