Arrow Seat Belt Help

My passenger seat belt is really lose and it always gets in the way when trying to close the door. is there a way to tighten it? or do i just need to buy a new one. Thanks in advance

Some times the belt will flip and not take up on the spool like it should. Take the plastic covers off and check for that. I have had it happen a couple of times on various vehicles.

Try flushing it out with WD-40 which is a solvent that can remove grime that might be hanging the reel or locking mechanism (a ball in a cup) up.

My seatbelt used to do the same thing.
I was working on another project and had to unbolt the reel from the floor of the Jeep.
The reel wound up as far as it would so it was hanging about were the door striker is.
When I pulled the reel back down to re-bolt it to the floor, the belt retracted all the way for the first time!
I'm guessing it somehow retensioned itself by being forced to take a lot more seatbelt than it usually does.
