Seat Torque

I have done a search but came out with no luck. Does anyone know what the torque specs for the front seats are?

Tighten until the head shears off, then back up 1/4 turn.

I personally wouldn't get my torque wrench out for those particular bolts. Two grunts worth with a 1/2" ratchet wrench is the tightness those particular bolts get from me.
