Exclamation SEATBELTS are jacked up ??

My 04 rubicons seatbelts don't wanna pull out,it's like there are locking up.Anyone know why or how to fix this ??

If your Rubicon is parked on a slope, the seat belts will lock up. The belts are not on an enertial reel, they have a locking mechanism that locks up when a little steel ball rolls out of position.
