Shifting after t-case drop

I have an 05 TJ rubicon, did the RC 4" lift and put the t-case drop on it because I was getting bad vibrations. Being I have the 4.0 and the 6 speed, the cut out in the transmission well is plenty big. the problem is the console is what I'm hitting. I've already hack the crap out of the bezel and was wondering if there is anything else I can do without hackin the console apart. Any help would be great!

Can you just reposition the console further back?

Not sure with the sub, and if I can, do I just drill new holes for the screws?
