Shock Question

Just got my new Black Diamonds in yesterday. Shouldn't shocks extend to length by themselves? I have to pull these apart to get the length out. Seems like I remember shocks fully extending under their own pressure. Thoughts?

Thanks!

btw - These actually came with stickers too!

not all shocks automatically extend. are the hydros or nitros? i believe that the nitros do not extend themselves and hydro shocks do.

Not all shocks extend by themselves. I am a proud employee of Summit Racing and we get this call ALL the time in customer service. You are fine, you can relax
